Bob Wirch for State Senate

Today we passed the Compassionate Care for Rape Victims bill (SB 129). This is long overdue.

The sun is out and I'm out doing doors again. I really enjoy seeing constituents at their homes. It reminds me what's really important in peoples lives...their family and their friends. From complimenting people on their gardens to getting feedback on policies, this is one of my favorite things to do. I've done over 1000 this year so far and my old walking shoes are looking a little faded. I'm sure I will need at least one more pair by the end of the year. Well, I'm off to knock on some more doors. Hopefully I will see you in your neighborhood soon.
